Parkside Commons, Chelsea MA

Parkside Commons is a 234 unit apartment complex completed in 2008 in Chelsea MA for the John M Corcoran Company.  There are four stories of wood framed apartments over a parking podium framed in concrete.   The building includes many "Green" features and is the first commercial apartment complex in the area seeking certification under the LEED program.
